"Excellent nursing care"

I attended for an Endoscopy at the Borders General Hospital last week.

I was very nervous about this procedure and being a nurse myself, often on the other side.

I could not have been in better hands.

The nurse looking after me from start to finish was called Fiona.

She was just amazing. She made me feel as relaxed as I could be throughout the procedure and her focus was on me alone.

Had she not supported me like she did, I don’t think I would have got through it.

She made up part of the team looking after me.  As a team, they made the procedure run quickly and smoothly.

So grateful for their support. Thank you.
