What I liked

Finally, a hospital that treated patients as whole people and not just a list of conditions! After my father's 4 weeks of stay in various wards of the two main Nottingham hospitals, I was completely disillusioned by the whole system, and frustrated at not being able to glean any information about his condition, prognosis or future treatment possibilities. What a relief to finally find staff who were happy to talk about him as a person, having taken the time to get to know him. They worked really hard to try to improve his mobility, and offered support to the family at this difficult time. Many thanks to all!CommunicationWard
