About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I have been treated with my illness for 7 years, just over a year ago I was transfer from GHH to QE, I was informed that this will mean I get better care quality.

My Consultant is without doubt the worst medical professional I have ever seen.

As my illness is getting worse they are no where to be seen, their secretary keeps telling me they will phone me back to update me on what's happening next (I have been chasing the for 4 months) but still no idea.

I have also gone to my GP on 3 occasion to see if he can find out what's happening but all he gets told is the Consultant will phone me in the next 24 hours. I'm so confused as to what's happening next.
