What I liked

This is the first time I have been treated in any hospital in over 40 years and I would like to say from the Ambulance Crew right through A&E to theatre and after care I can only say the staff were exceptional, I hope I never go to any hospital again, but if I do Russells Hall, Dudley is where I would like to go, many thanks to all the staff.

What could be improved

I do not believe much more could have been done, it was a Saturday night/Sunday morning which I belive are always busy.Patient careAmbulance
