Thank you very much for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We are pleased that you found our clinic to be clean and we will pass on your positive feedback to the receptionists and nurses. While all our doctors would have been able to speak English, strong accents (both British regional and oversees) can be a problem for patients and staff alike. If you don’t understand something one of our doctors have said, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification. We are sorry that you had such a long wait, it is something that we are aware of in particular clinics and are working on ways of reducing these delays.
