What I liked

The Doctor in A&E was very reassuring and treated my son in a manner appropriate to his age. the Department was very busy (lots of falls on the ice) but the staff were very sympathetic.

What could be improved

The nurse could have smiled - but overall very good

This special award is presented every two months at the Trust Board meeting.
