"I don't like complaining but feel I have been let down"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Back in the summer before my left knee Arthroscopy and repair,i had 5 sessions of pct for bladder, couldn't stick to the date of the 6 sessions because of operation date for knee

I phoned the service and left 2 messages asking will I get another appointment to see the doctor as the pct wasn't working. On 2 separate occasions, I've left a message and nobody has come back to me.

I have an overactive bladder and need it resolved, I don't like complaining but feel I have been let down.
