About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended today for pre assessment at wishaw general hospital with the lovely nurse Vicky.  

I am extremely anxious about my surgery however she made this part of my journey seem less. She appeared to really care and empathize with us.  

I felt comfortable in her presence and want to her to know I really appreciate her time and care and she's a great nurse x

Many thanks for taking the time to post your lovely comments. I am delighted to hear that your experience within the pre assessment unit was so positive. Vicky will be delighted to know that you appreciated the care that she provided to you. I agree with you, Vicky is a lovely nurse.
