"ENT Outpatients"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I come up from Devon to take my 95yr old Mum to her main hospital appointments. I was expecting tests to be done then come back at a later date so imagine my surprise and delight that her problem was diagnosed (fluid behind the eardrum) and a grommet was duly fitted.

Not only she can now hear but also she walks better as she isn't lopsided now. My thanks to the staff.
