Haematology - long wait in pharmacy!

"Haematology - long wait in pharmacy!"

About: Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

(as the patient),

I am an eight year old boy.

I am happy with things in general in haematology. But, I come here once a fortnight and every time I come I end up waiting for 1.5 to 2 hours in pharmacy. This is a really long time!

I'm also not keen on the hospital food, but I am a fussy eater!

Other than that everything here runs very well.

The haematology team have discussed the pharmacy issue at their Operational Meeting. They have taken your comments to pharmacy who are now reviewing the waiting times and looking at ways to improve this.
