"sometimes I have to wait"

The only negative is that sometimes I have to wait a little bit to be seen but i know that if a turn up late I will be seen, not like other places.

Thanks for your feedback about Guernsey House.
We know that sometimes people have genuine difficulties attending appointments on time so we try to be understanding and to see clients who arrive late (within reason). However it does have a knock on effect on the rest of the clinic and can increase waiting times as you have experienced yourself.
