What I liked

I was admitted via A & E, AMU and subsequently Ward 1. I found the standard of nursing care on AMU and Ward 1 to be exemplary. I am not in a position to comment on A & E - I do not remember much about being in there. All the staff showed great kindness and were always ready to help. Ward 1 where I spent most of my time was very clean. I cannot fault it. My only complaint is that the administration re appointments/discharge seems to take forever. I do however understand the magnitude of that particular task.

What could be improved

Just speed up the administration. Most patients have to wait in excess of 2 hours to go home.
