What I liked
This is the second child I have had at Queens. The first was an ambulance in from Lichfield, my son was delivered safely by ventouse. At all times it was explained to me what was happening and what was needed. I needed surgery after the birth and again had everything clearly explained to me and was supported by various staff members.
My second child arrived by emergency c sec this September. Having begun the induction process complications developed and my sons heart rate dropped dramatically. My son was delivered safely into the world 8minutes later. All the staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the safe delivery of my two healthy children. I was in the hospital for 5 days after the birth and was always well looked after and treated respectfully. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who asked.
"Excellent, caring and efficient."
