"Avoid it !!!!"

About: St. Mary's Surgery

very bad and stressful experience with that surgery

-almost impossible to get an appointment , you have to call every Morning at 8.30 am to book one with one week advance

- you can't never get an appointment with the same doctor

-Waiting times are ridiculous !!! sometimes you have to wait up to 1 or 1,5 h for you booked appointment

-doctors don't seem to show any care, attitudes are rude and they make you feel bad for being unwell , sarcastic comments like :,, ... I will print from for you because you don’t understand your medical condition ..." or "... there is no treatment for skin blemish you just getting older ..."( I was 35 y old at the time )

-doctors lack of knowledge ,they keep printing staff from internet , www.patient.co.uk,Wikipedia ( I got copies at home )

- after 1 one year painful and unsuccessful treatment I went to private surgery , I been diagnose with one visit on put on right medicine , when I try to repeat my prescription in GP Surgery they refuse to do it !!!!

The only person who actually seemed to care and praise to them was the asthma nurse! and reception staff when they not busy on the phone .Thank You !!!

There are a number of ways of booking an appointment including by telephone, online booking or by cooming into the surgery.

We offer a range of appointments and an extensive same day service for patients who need to be seen urgently.

Occasionally, the same day service does run late as they are often dealing with admissions to hospital, emergencies or collapsed patients. There are notices in the waiting room to make patients aware that there might be a delay.

There are strict guidelines around prescribing of medication with which we have to comply.
