What I liked

I have been treated as an outpatient for several years now by largely the same team, for several years at the Milne Centre and subsequently the Elgar Centre. I cannot praise the care I have received at Southmead highly enough - often feel like a special guest rather than a patient, and know with absolute certainly that I could not ask for better care, or more caring and friendly staff - I consider my appointments a really pleasant event, to thank you very much to all the staff, first class.
