What I liked

Can you tell me why, if a health visitor makes an appointment to call for a home visit, he/she can turn up nearly 2 hours late, with just an apology - instead of calling beforehand to say he/she has been delayed and to give an estimated time of arrival? Communiction is key, it is also efficient! People have their own lives to live and sloppy or non-communication impacts on other arrangements. Please train your people to communicate - turning up so late without warning is not acceptable and indicates a lack of consideration amongst other things. No one person is more important than another and Health Visitors are public employees accountable to us as well as the NHS!!! No wonder the service is in such a mess!

What could be improved

Communication - simple as that! Your policy on moderation say 'be helpful and respectful' - does that work only one way??!

Anything else?

They could text to save cost not just delay arrival and then turn up with a cursory apology - not acceptable!
