"Very very bad experience with one particular..."

My husband, me and our friends try to avoid one particular doctor for many reasons. They are rude and not helpful. They seem not to know how and not to want to treat people. I described a problem to them that another doctor had told me to come back with when it occurs again so that we catch the virus and their answer is "juts rest". The other doctor said I need a longer course of antibiotics when the problem returns again and the advice of this doctor was not to do anything. Totally useless.

Another time they examined my friend with a stethoscope through his cloths! Unbelievable! They were so unwell, had a cold for 2 months and fever on that day. Another time I went to get a referral for a Bupa appointment and they almost shouted at me "You will have to pay for it!" Then I mentioned that there are two issues I want the specialist to look at so they almost shouted at me: "you will have to pay double!" Like if it was causing any trouble to them and NHS that I want to use my Bupa insurance. I need to use Bupa and spend additional money because of people like this particular doctor!

Another time I asked for a test. They agreed eventually but they threw the piece of paper on the desk with a big anger. This is not acceptable at all. They are there because I pay NI and taxes! Why do I always have to beg for everything, even for being treated with respect and dignity.
