"The best place to be ill is around..."

What I liked

The staff who treated me were friendly and personable and very welcoming. The waiting area was clean and pleasant - as was the whole ofthe hospital (or the bits I saw). I normally get treatment at another local hospital and Bishop was much cleaner and a much nicer environment.

What could be improved

Perhaps serving coffee and mince pies (it is nearly christmas after all). I was seen pretty quickly so it wasn't an issue, but i couldn't see anywhere that told me approximate waiting times.

Anything else?

A very pleasant experience - despite getting stitches out. Lovely man who terated me was very pleasant. Nce to see NHS staff with a smile!
