What I liked
I was seen very rapidly due to the amount of pain that I was in and was instantly made to feel comfortable.
Anything else?
I think it is important that as patients we realise that people are seen in order of need. This means that in some occasions we may have to wait up to 4 hours to be sorted but in times of need we will be seen as a priority.
