What I liked
My aged mother was admitted to Ward 21 ( via MAU ) and subsequently transferred to Ward 22 for rehabilitation.
All the wards were very clean, well organised and quietly calm with friendly and helpful staff.
What could be improved
My mother felt that there could have been more communication with her as to the nature of her diagnosis and treatment.
As a visitor, it was difficult to find a member of staff who was familiar with her case.
Unfortunately, her mouth became sore while being spoon-fed on Ward 21 - this prevented her using her dentures but no treatment was given for this problem until a day or so before discharge.
"All in all a very satisfactory..."
