Seen on time by the sonographer

What could be improved

This is my second visit to the Peartree Clinic, I came in for my 20 week scan. Although I was seen on time and was the last patient of the day the scan was very rushed! I was also given the option to purchase a few pictures but they were very bad! I wish the sonographer had taken their time!

Also they should put on the letter that you need to pay as some trusts do not accept any money!

Anything else?

When my appointmenr finished I had to wait for some paperwork to be finished up and added to my notes I waited 20 minutes for this whilst the receptionist sat there doing nothing! Finally when they were finished they shouted my name across the waiting room! In my notes it specifically says what I would like to be addressed as and that is Mrs Sanders and not Jane!

Shouting my name across a waiting room is unacceptable and I was very upset. This is my second visit and after complaining the first time I would've thought some action would've been taken but I was wrong. What's the point in accepting feedback if nothing is done about it?

I am having to consider other hospitals for my care as I find QEII to have very low standards of care.
