What I liked

I would like to thank the nurse for their wonderful manner.The nurse gave me all the information I could need or want, supported me during an uncomfortable procedure (albeit minor) and did so while making me smile!

Many thanks for your feedback - the service and support that you received during your time at the Lister recently is what our nurses and doctors aim to achieve for all of their patients.

That notwithstanding, we know they will still take pride from reading your comments and praise for their work.
