"Inpatient care was wonderful,..."

What I liked

The inpatient care that I received was excellent, and could not be faulted in any way. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and considerate, and actually made me feel like they were paying attention to me whilst working.

However, it would be nice if the Phlebotomy department opened even close to it's stated times. Despite the fact it said it opened at 8.30am, on my visits, it never opened before 8.50 or 8.55. I'm assuming there wasn't an emergency, as the staff were on the other side of the door holding mugs.
