What I liked

the doctors were efficient and approachable and caring.

What could be improved

nursing expertise and caring. equipment used for saline & insullin iv.

Anything else?

My daughter had to discharge herself today as her health was worsening. She was being ignored by nurses and not given the medication the doctors had ordered.

We are pleased to hear that your experience of the doctors was so positive. However we were very concerned to read your comments about other aspects of your daughter's experience as a patient with us.

We strive to provide the highest standard of care possible and apologise unreservedly if we have not achieved this whilst caring for you on this occasion.
