I would firstly like to thank the surgeon who performed both my operations. The service provided was highly professional, and the consultations were helpful and clear from beginning to end. My condition was at times not very easy to understand and they really took the time to explain everything properly to myself and family. Furthermore, they succeeded in getting rid of the tumour, which is always a bonus!
The surgeons direct team of specialist nurses were also invaluable, making sure there was always a port of call and helping to answer anything that may still be unclear.
Secondly my thanks go out to the incredible anesthetic team, you all made me feel extremely comfortable and safe, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This support then went straight through to morgate Ward where I was then looked after by staff who provided me with incredible support and help.
I know I have forgotten to mention some people but I would really like to stress how high the level of service is that is provided in the neurological department and how much of a difference it makes to us patients to have this help whilst in hospital, so thank you very much.
