What I liked

The professionalism, friendliness and caring nature of all the staff.

The total cleanliness of the whole hospital.

The 24 hour discharge helpline

Everything was done on time; if a member of staff said that they would do something then it was always done. Information was always available and you were not talked down to.

This is how hospitals should be, providing the gold standard that every other hospital in the country ought to aspire to.

I cannot praise this hospital highly enough.
