What I liked

I post these comments as I feel that I must say that I have never seen such hard working and caring staff at any hospital Ive visited, including the private sector.

I am currently on ward T4 awaiting minor surgery, and from my experience and the interactions I have witnessed with other patients, the nurses and all other staff who work on this ward are a credit to the NHS, showing a real comittment to care and respect to all.

the cleaner was extremely thorough, which was reassuring, and though my surgery has been delayed due to an increase incidents due to the weather, the staff and level of care everyone receives here has been nothing short of excellent, catering for evey requirement of every patient on the ward; which in this time of austerity, is a credit to the public health service.

I only hope that these staff are commended for their stirling work.

What could be improved

in my case, nothing whatsoever.
