What I liked

I would like to write and put on record my thanks and appreciation regarding Mr David Vaughan Hall's death last week Tuesday 23rd November 2010.

A member of staff from the Fast Response Unit attended and stayed with my mother until my sister arrived. I spoke to him personally, I am currently work abroad, and he showed great compassion and professionalism and I would like my thanks passed on to him. I am certain that his actions significantly eased the stress my mother must have felt at the time and brought some dignity to an otherwise shocking event. I cannot praise him enough, he is a credit to himself, his team and the hospital.
