What I liked
Absolutely nothing. What a disgrace. This hospital is the worst iv'e ever been to. The floors were filthy, paint was peeling off the walls, pungent odours were lurking in the corridoors as well as the wards. You do not feel like touching anything in case you catch something. i felt deeply sorry for the patients as they would probebly catch a virus or infection on their way out. i saw one cleaner wipe the floor, the curtain rails and the patient table with the same cloth.Appauling!!! The nurses seemed as though they were just hovering, from one corner to the next.
Im 100%sure the management of this hospital will say that their standards are very high, and how they meticulasly clean every inch of the building and how patient care is of the paramount. But let me assure you these are just words that will never be acted upon. They will just fob you off. I do not understand how this "Royal" hospital has come to such a sorry state.
Im not exagerating but the hospitals in the north are like five star compared to this one.
What could be improved
The improvement begins from top to bottom. So for any positive changes to be made at all, the senior management must be replaced by people of higher calibre who can drive this hospital into a more sustainable era. As it stands now this hospital is at its breaking point, and has no further resources to utilise.
"Filthy hospital, would not recommend to..."
