What could be improved
Called the hospital for some advice on the recommendation of my dentist. Very rude on the phone and suggested I make the 50 mile round trip to see the dentist who would be able to answer the question about what services they offer.
Anything else?
More training in communication skills is required for the staff I spoke to.
