The surgery doctors have always given me and my family the highest quality of medical assistance.They are professional, patient orientated and kind. The treatment plan they create is individualised and the support the doctors give to their patients is of an exceptional standard.

The supporting staff, including the Medical Secretary and the Secretaries at the front desk are always informative, polite and happy to assist. The secretaries have always prioritised my calls appropriately. I think it is commendable that during such pressures the surgery staff work incredibly hard to ensure all patients receive the care they deserve.

The doctors, supporting secretary staff and the medical secretary are individuals that ensure my family's health is taken care of. I feel they are often not appreciated for going above and beyond in patient care and it is almost expected of them. It is important to recognise that they do more than just their job. They have been incredible flexible, helpful, informative and supportive and work hard as a team to provide patient care.

I honestly feel grateful that Sherwood Rise Medical Centre is my Surgery and feel that it is imperative to highlight good practice and service. Especially as the NHS is under immense pressure, recognising the staff that take care of the general public is a small but important token of appreciation.
