"A worrying day for a Mum made so much..."

What I liked

My son had a grommets operation on 22nd November and I would like to say thank you to everyone involved at Macclesfield hospital for making the day go so smoothly.

The nurses and "trainee" on the childrens ward were excellent and made us feel very calm and were extremely kind and caring.

All the theatre staff were great and had an excellent manner with my son.

Thanks also to the Consultant's secretary for being extremely efficient and re-arranging the operation when I had to cancel the first.
