"Huge lack of respect of people's time"

What could be improved

Respecting appointments!!!! One is given a 9h30am appointment but never on time (despite arriving an hour early to try and be one of the first one in). In general at least 1h late. One time I waited until noon to see the midwife. When I mentioned that I worked fulltime and needed to get back to work, they told me that my company had to give me the time off to go to my appointments! But I had important meetings that you can't just drop. Real lack of respect of people's lives. How difficult is it to start at least in the morning on time? And success if you have to pick up other children from school!
