What I liked

I visisted the RVI respiratory medicine unit in November 2010, for lung function tests. I was seen promptly, treat courteously by the staff there at all times, was given full explanations of all tests i was to undergo, the nurse helped me feel at ease at every stage, I saw the Consultant as soon as my tests were completed.

What could be improved

Larger waiting area would have been nice as it was a little cramped at times.
