What I liked

From interview with the Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Pharmacist through to pre-op tests and information supplied, pre-op physiotherapy and finally admission for surgery, everyone involved in caring for my worries, operation for knee replacement, post op treatment and cleanliness of surroundings did their upmost to care for my health, comfort and well being. I am extremely grateful for the respect I was shown and for the sympathy expressed for my pain.

In my view everyone involved did a first class job. Thank you most sincerely.

What could be improved

I found the hospital food and drinks not to my taste, but I didn`t particularly feel like eating much! Other patients did seem to enjoy it.
