What I liked

I was an inpatient on Locke Ward for 9 days, The nursing team, housekeeping and catering staff were absolutely fantastic and provided a 1st Class service, and certain individuals went above there call and duty to provide an outstanding personal service. A ward to be proud of.

What could be improved

Getting medication from Pharmacy on discharge day.

It's so frustrating having to wait several hours after you have been discharged to receive your medication.

Anything else?

My Consultant was excellent, she was extremely thorough and kept me informed me every step of the way with my treatment plan.
