"Complained to manager about receptionist staffs..."

About: Woodroyd Medical Practice

Hi wrote a letter to surgery manager about their staff but never got any response. I did recorded delivery so kept the proof, now going to complain NHS England. I m not happy at all with this surgey. I am not leaving the surgery. I want surgery to sort out their staff.

I think staff need more training.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to comment on our surgery on NHS Choices. As a practice, we take all comments, complaints and suggestions seriously.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a disappointing experience with the surgery.

As a surgery we strive to improve our service to all of our patients and comments, suggestions and feedback help us to do this.

In regards to your experience of the service provided by our reception team, I would very much like to talk to you so that I can review and discuss this issue with the team, so that we can improve the service that we provide to our patients. I am sorry that you were not happy with the service that was provided by the reception team.

I have brought your comments to the attention of the Admin team during their team meeting and have discussed confidentiality at length; all staff are trained in Patient Confidentially.

We have an active patient participation group, if you would like to become part of this group please contact the surgery and leave your details and you will be contacted .

I have not received a complaint , please ensure you have sent it to the correct address, although you can contact me directly.
