"Gp communication"

About: Bilton Medical Centre

Seen GP today again regarding my daughter's ezcema. This the fourth ocassion after living with a crying baby in pain and agony. I would not attend GP service for no reason. First answer i got from GP "what do you want me to do?". I was disgusted with this... if I knew what I want you to do I wouldn't be there. Secondly I was told that what she could have she has had for her treatment and that it is a common problem "she will grow out of it". Well if it is beyond your care then refer my daughter to someone that wilk care. Answer I got was shes too young. Apaulling service and I felt the doctor just wants me out of the door. Poor communication and poor attitude. Unprofessional service and no time to listen to patients.
