"Cannot see Doctor"

About: Woodroyd Medical Practice

I was given a course of tablets by the doctor and told to go back after they finished. I have tried to ring the doctors surgery 14 times in two days but cannot get through. I went to the surgery and asked to make an appointment to see the doctor but was told they have no appointments left and was to ring before 9 am the next i told the receptionist i had been trying to ring who just said well you will have to keep trying. I asked to see the manager but I was told they didn't have one. I asked for a doctor to ring me so now i am waiting to see if any ring me.

We are very sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience at the practice.We have a wide range of appointments and ways for patients to contact the practice . We have daily minor aliment clinics, on the day appointments, pre-bookable appointments, We also have saturday morning clinics aswell. The phones are very busy in the moring therefore you can come to surgery at 9am to book at the front desk
