"Praise all round"

I really love this practice. I rarely go to doctors but earlier this year I gave birth and had many complications post delivery. Over the past 5 months I have needed appointments for myself and my baby and the surgery has always been able to accommodate my requests - whether it's morning / afternoon, female only, or doctor only instead of any other clinician. I have made appointments by phone and in person. Prescriptions have been ready on time. All the doctors are very caring and listen and treat appropriately. The reception staff are very helpful, always smiling even when short staffed or under pressure. The nurses and other staff are very friendly too. I'm really happy with this practice and recommend it to others. Thank you for such a great service!
