I have been a patient of this practice for decades and have always felt well looked after and cared for. I find the electronic booking service extremely useful for non-urgent concerns where a wait for an appointment isn't an issue. However, at the beginning of this year I suffered serious health issues and needed urgent access to a doctor. I cannot praise enough the care and attention I received. The telephone appointment system enabled me to see a doctor within an hour who recognised the urgency of my condition and facilitated my immediate hospital admission. The aftercare I have received since my hospital discharge has also been professional, responsive and caring. I feel safe and well cared for.
