I had reason to visit a practice nurse and following their findings I was referred to a very helpful receptionist who contacted the duty doctor for me. I received a call before leaving the surgery from the duty doctor and was able to obtain an anti biotic prescription immediately.

I appreciated this exceptional service from efficient and very pleasant staff.

So many people are ready to complain when things go badly so on this occasion I felt it only right to offer a positive view.
