I'm going to start by saying the doctors in the surgery are absolutely wonderful, they listen and pay attention to our needs and concern which is so over whelming, but my main issue is the reception staff they are such disgrace irritating people (specially the two in particular) they act as if they own the surgery I can't even talk on the phone with them, they don't give appointment that will suit my time, & when I do go in to the surgery they make me wait for over two and half hours and sometimes more that too with a little baby.

Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that you experienced.

We assure you that your complaint and feedback will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help to improve our service further. Patient surveys have indicated that the vast majority are happy with the appointment system. Having said this, we appreciate that there is always room for improvement.

We would like to remind you that there are several appointment types:

Walk in Surgery Monday, Wednesday & Friday 08:30 -09:30 No appointment is needed, just come to reception, book in and wait.

Urgent same day appointments

Telephone appointments

Routine appointments (bookable in advance)
