visited A and E on 10th of nov. Treated by a doctor who really didnt care and nurse didnt even help me get undressed when they could see i could barely walk. doctor just told me to see my doctor the next day and they would sort the problem even though i was clearly in a lot of pain and had infected stitches shown by red stitches and burning. it seemed they couldnt be bothered to take stitche out even though i asked them to. They didnt seem familiar with the hospital or staff. logo

There is no A and E service at Westmorland General Hospital and the walk-in centre is run by Primary Care, which would explain why they they were unfamiliar with the hospital itself, it is run by a different organisation.
