"Caring, cheerful staff and good food and..."

What I liked

I would like to thank all the staff (including consultants, doctors, nurses, cleaners and all Maud Alexander Ward staff) for their caring, considerate and cheerful attitude towards me and all the other patients. They are a very professional and dedicated team.

I would also like to thank the caterers for the excellent food, and the porters for their friendly manner and cheerfulness when transporting me around the hospital.

What could be improved

The design of the wards. It would be nice if every patient could have their own window.
