What I liked

My son was a patient. Although we were upset and frustrated at the length of time it took to get him to the point of an investigative procedure, we were impressed with the staff and their total devotion and commitment to the job. The dictates of finance and targets are all too obvious but Maidstone Hospital should be proud and supportive of their wonderful doctors and nursing staff.

What could be improved

We had to wait too long for an investigative procedure, my son was so ill I don't know how they could have let things go on so long.
