Chapel Street Surgery is a fine example of dedicated hard-working and coordinated teamwork. The reception staff are efficient, friendly and non-patronising towards the surgery's patients and go out of their way to find appointments as close as possible to the patient's needs.
The medical team is equally dedicated, ensuring that they provide sufficient time to ensure that patients problems and underlying concerns are understood and addressed.
It appears to be a given that patients want and need continuity in their treatment: the 'front of house' team ensures that appointments are made with the doctor required.
