What I liked
I would just like to voice my appreciation for the staff at the Blood Test Unit at the QE2. I have to go there regularly as I am on Lithium and it is always packed. It can be frustrating for some people which I can relate to as I am Bi-Polar, and this can lead to friction which is not the Staff's fault. The Staff are always helpful & courteous & very good at their job ; I've lost count of how many times I've been in and they've never missed a vein yet!
