"The angels at Angel Lane Surgery"

I have in previous years had problems with the NHS but, since being a patient at the above surgery I have really been impressed.

From the reception and pharmacy staff to nurses and doctors I have always been treated with care and excellent attention. I have recently had a problem with an old eye injury which recently became infected with a virus.

I made an appointment to see my GP who after a thorough examination of my eye put me totally at ease and proceeded with treatment. Slowly but, surely my eye is on the mend. Just as a safety measure it was suggested that I see an Eye Specialist at Broomfield Hospital. The appointment was made for the following day and I am now being treated at Broomfield Eye Unit.

I read everyday about people not being able to get appointments at their Surgerys but this definitely is not the case at Angel Lane Surgery. May I take the this opportunity to thank the doctor and all the staff for the care and attention that I recently received.
