The facility was clean...but its not all about hygene

What could be improved

My 8 year old son waited for over 2 hours for an initial assesment on a borken arm, When we checked in it was clearly stated at the check in window that we had been sent by the school for a suspected borken arm or fracture. We were seen by a very helpfull and friendly nurse she sent us for an Xray which was undertaken swiftly and the radiologist came out of the room saying it was a break. We then waited a further 1.5 hours for a cast to be applied. I stress again this was an 8 year old child!!!!

Anything else?

I can't believe a child was left for so long without care or mediaction!!!!!!!
